The Qnet software suite, I-Live and all the software presented under the "products" section is offered with a standard set of features, that have been integrated, because they have been seen as useful for the majority of users. If someone has specific needs and wants additional features, an evalution of cost can be done, which can bring to the integration of these new features in future releases. Instead, if someone requires a personalized version or otherwise a feature that cannot be integrated in the general release version, personalized versions of the software can be issued.

Support for the Radio Automation software is obviously offered for an annual fee, which depends upon the level of support requested and the complexity of the network set-up.
